I've been a skateboarder for a little over 15 years. I'll level with ya, it does cause property damage more often than not, a lot of skaters get loud as shit when they can't land a trick or finish a line, they'll start yelling "fuck", accidentally hit someone's shin with a board when they fall, and open owners of property up to lawsuits if these skaters get hurt on their property. I think this would easily be solved by having more designated areas allocated to skateboards/bikes/scooters, but I get how this would be a huge trigger for a karen.

Depends on any state you are in. In California it is illegal to film someone in an area that you couldn’t assume they would film you. So I can film you at a mall or convention because by entering you assuming consent to be filmed because it’s public.
