The fact that it's "try not to sing" but failing people for dancing, that's dancing, not singing, as such, imo at least, it shouldn't count. If you're gonna fail them for dancing or singing, then it should be "try not to dance or sing" it'd make a lot more sense instead. Granted they might have been singing in their heads, but you wouldn't actually know.
