Great tutorial, Paul. I think my pull-ups are too weak yet to concentrate on the muscleup, but I’ll try these once my strength gets to the necessary level.

Good tutorial. I just practiced the foot assisted transition for a few months trying to use as little assistance as possible and then I was able to do the MU on the first attempt. Now working on repetitions, holding the false grip seems to be the most difficult part for me.

Nice. Yeah I’m the same multiple reps are fine if I keep the arms slightly bent at the end of each rep. All the handstands and not enough stretching for a false grip means hanging with straight arms so hard

This is an excellent review of preps towards achieving the full ring muscle up without foreign assistance! I´ll be using them until I get my new rubber bands all of which I snapped in the process.👍

Perfect drills during crazy times like covid lockdowns. So many people training at home now
