Actually, I recently heard about dermal act approximately two months ago and I ordered the serum and I ordered the neck cream and I’m very impressed with both. I have very sturdy skin. I’ll do chemical peels and use tretinoin and never have an issue so I alternate with this product and my Tretinoin nightly . I do like the neck cream however, I am 75 and there is just so much that can be done for the neck without surgery so since I’ve only been using it for about I can’t say it does miracles because I’m not expecting that but the neck does look pretty good

I'm really enjoying the neck cream too! I'll be following up with my thoughts when it's done but even at the least, it feels super hydrating and leaves my skin soft 👍

What's the percentage of retinal? I can't find it anywhere in this product. It's usually common in, according to my dermatologist, A good retinol will give the percentage of retinol that's in the product. I got it. But I jumped every night no irritation Makes me think it was week

It doesn't contain any retinal. This is primarily an exfoliating product with a ton of other fab ingredients like vit c, arginine, allantion, aloe...

Last week I decided to give this serum a try, it arrived have about a week later the sleep serum does not come sealed, the box just had a white label in the middle to secure the box but the sides not. Is this normal? How do I know this is new, no expiry date. Is this how everyone elses arrived? Concerned much about the safety of tbe product.

Mine definitely doesn't have a bad smell, but it looks like it's oxidised. I'd get in touch with the brand to see they say. I'm doing the same thing

I recently heard about this brand and ordered...tonight just put on the self esteem sleep serum and the neck firming lift. I'm excited to try it and very glad you mentioned to use it once or twice a week, I looked on the box, bottle and the insert and nowhere were there instructions on how often or when to use. Just 'apply on cleansed skin'..like I couldn't figure that out on my own lol

Did you hear back from the brand about the color of the serum? Both bottles I’ve received have been orange/coppery in color so I assumed that was the correct color. Saw comments that it’s oxidized…. Do you have an update from the brand?

I have since received a new one and it is indeed clear. I would go back and ask for a replacement. I spoke with them and they said it was a different batch, but like you, I think it's oxidised. I continued to use it anyway....to be honest, the ascorbic acid isn't what I'm most concerned about anyway (I get that in other products).

I ordered the serum on your advice. I used it last night and WOW what a difference in my skin today! Just once! I am 69 years old and take very good care of my skin but my skin looks smoother after one dose of this wonderful serum....for real. Mary - I see they have a Smooth Upper Lip treatment which is a problem area for me even using red light therapy faithfully. Have you or any or any other people you know used this? I'm so glad you saw the same results! I'm using it every 4 days and I'm shocked every time...I definitely have a new holy grail 😀 I am actually testing out the Lip Treatment as well as their neck treatment and will revert after I've finished them. I haven't seen any noticeable difference (which I wouldn't expect), but I take weekly photos and will compare at the end. I can say they're both super hydrating and feel great on the skin. So far so good! I'm actually going to test out a few more products because I've been so impressed 🕺

I purchased the Dermelect sleep serum and the Neck Cream. I absolutely love it. I’ve got to re order, but waiting for a sale. Lol. Also want to try their eye cream and concealer. I noticed when you was applying it, it had a reddish tint to it, the bottle I purchased and seen other U Tubers us was clear in color.

Do you think it would be safe for sensitive skin? I'm using Glow Recipe AHA Night Treatment with excellent results (combined with Dr Ceurcle's Kombucha essence). This serum looks so promising and at a really affordable price point.

@@SkinObsessedMary Hey Mary, which product are you using? 🤔 If it's the Squalane + Vit C Dark Spot Serum, I use that first, in the am. If it's the Squalane + Vit C Rose Oil, I use that last, in the pm (it's so dreamy!). I've never used their Vit C Rose Moisturizer. (But, I do use their Squalane + Omega Repair Cream by the bucket load! Love it, it's soooooo nice!😍) Hope this helps 😘

The timing of this video is impeccable. I just received the self-esteem serum yesterday and used it last night for the first time I have very sensitive skin and I was a little worried I could feel very slight sensitivity, but I decided not to worry about it and just put on thick moisturizer. Thus morning. my skin is so baby soft. I don’t think I could use it more than once a week but I already love it after the first try I will point out that my serum is completely clear.

@@SkinObsessedMary I bought it from SkinStore. It was the erase and renew set in a cylinder box. The balm was oily and chunky, it leaked and made a mess. Skin store said that they would send me a replacement, but that they may require pictures so I’m glad I took some before trying to clean it. It wasn’t in the heat or anything. I thought about just getting a refund so I wouldn’t have to bother with it but it smells amazing like you said so I really want to try it 🥰
