Alu Simla Mirch Sabzi
Cucumber Raita
Semia Mango custard
Semia Custard
Milk 1/2 l
ghee 1 tsp
Semia/Vermicelli 1/2 cup
Custard powder 2tsp
Cold milk 2 tsp
Condensed Milk 1/4 cup
Ripe mango 1
Onion roti
Oil 1 tbsp
Onions 3
Salt
Turmericpowder
chilli powder
Green chilli 1
Gram flour/besan 1 tbsp
coriander leaves
Wheat flour 1+1/2 cup
Oil 1/2 tsp
Ghee 2 Tbsp
Plain Rice
Alu Capsicum Sabzi
Boiled potato 4
Capsicum 2-3
Oil 1tbsp
jeera
hiking
Dania powder
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Tomato 1
Salt
Groudnuts roasted a handful
Green chillis
coriander leaves a few

Namaskara Ma! This will be my first time watching full vegetarian meal preparation. To be very honest with u ma, I'm non vegetarian. Sundays usually, it will be non- vege preparation at home.Now, I'm watching the way you are preparing this nutritious and delicious vegetarian meal.I really liked it a lot. I'm thinking why cant I try the way u are showing us how to prepare this tasty vegetarian dish. Atleast this Sunday, I have decided to prepare the way u are preparing it, ma. It will be something different taste, ma. I think you are sent by the blessings of your parents and my parents who are no more. Siblings are there but mamma's hand preparation is always the best. I include u above all my siblings. Next to my mom will be u ma. Because, you are doing with love. How many them have this much of patience like the way u are preparing, ma. Love u ma! Oneday or the other I'll become an expert in cooking. Ma. But i dont think I can reach to your level , ma I'm blessed at to watch the way your preparing and I always think that I'm eating it too, ma. 🙏 namaste! I also use roasted peanuts in most preparations:: upma, subzi and mixed rice dishes AND I have the same problem !!My husband finishes the peanuts!!! Iam 67 years old and my husband is 72.We are from Chennai. Enjoy your videos and try to do some new dishes from your videos!😊

Grate raw mango. add equal quantity of jaggery powder and cook till slightly thick. add powdered cardamon and cloves for flavour
