You could use a dairy free yogurt instead of sour cream. You can also make sour milk by adding vinegar to some milk and it makes it thicker ( not sure if that works for the lactose free milk but I think it would)

All I had was blueberry and raspberry yogurt of hers. so i couldnt use those 😂

My grandma would can chunks of beef roast. The cuts she would use were maybe a tougher cut. She would pack into jars and add salt. Pressure process. This meat is the most tender and tastiest. She would open it up and thicken the broth the meat would make and put it with eggs noodles. It was so delicious, quick, simple, and nutritious. A canning book would have the exact directions and processing time.

Good morning Tiffany not sure what you should can but here are some ideas of things I need to can sweet potatoes, regular potatoes, broth, blackberry jam, blueberry something. We bought some extra potatoes over the holidays I canned 40 pounds in november but found another sale in december so bought another 40 pounds we like our canned potatoes we do not like store bought canned potatoes in the can at the store. I had that same surgery years ago. The recovery is quit quickly. Maybe a week or two. It felt so good after I wanted to do all the things.

They don’t put spoons in the Vital Protein Collagen anymore. I have been buying this brand for many years. Fortunately, I saved several spoons from before. We use the collagen everyday in our coffee.

Yes those can work but I didn’t have any. I often use her coconut yogurt as substitutes, just didn’t have any besides blueberry & raspberry that day. Which wouldn’t have tasted great 😂
