It technically doesn't but I think the idea is that the wax melts far slower due to the water conducting the heat making it last longer I'm not too sure though

Hi. Thanks for commenting. I think your profile picture is beautiful. I just liked the concept of scented candles. I didn't know how they were made. This gave me an idea about they could be made. I think candles can't burn forever hahahahahahahahahahahaha. But if there is some one sitting next to the candle always ready to change the candle as soon as it depletes then it could be a way. : )

LOL LOL LOL, you are full of doo doo! The water does not get hot, so no smell and as soon as the flame hits the water, the candle will go out! Conclusion: waste of products and no smell! But you made me laugh :)
