A lot of people are complaining about the dolphins being in a tank and claim that the dolphins should be freed. The problem is that if any of these dolphins were actually born in captivity, they wouldn't stand a chance out in the wild if they were let loose. Most we can do is hope that these are captive born, and that no more wild dolphins are caught. Also, to those claiming the human is free, unlike the dolphin, you're deluded. My son works with these dolphins. Just an FYI, these mammals are rescued. Some can return to the wild, some cannot. It’s a fact, wild animals in captivity live longer as they have access to drs and lifesaving medicines. I hope that helps ease your pain knowing this.

These animals should not be taken from wild and trapped in tiny tanks, subjected to endless noise and unnatural cruelty. They are incredibly lonely, bored, and sickly. Many die during traumatic procedures and training. Artificial insemination, for example. For what? A fleeting moment of entertainment? Wish you would teach your child compassion instead of exploitation.
