I just. Did he not think of what this would do to his wife, his children, his friends, all these lives hurt by such a selfish pursuit of fleeting pleasure and thrill? He must have. So it turns out after all that he simply wasn’t the devoted husband, father, and friend who would have considered the impact of his actions and never hurt them like this. Not at all surprising when it comes to public personas and the reality we will never know what happens when the cameras are turned off, but shockingly hurtful from this public figure in particular. I guess it’s a lesson we’ll keep having to learn about parasocial relationships and what we think we know about celebrities
