Wouldn’t it make it worse for allergies. One of the main reasons your nose gets clogged is to help fight bacteria and certain particles. Doesn’t your nose being dirty make it so that there is less space for the allergen to go through?

These sound like eustachian tube malfunctions, and I think I have a solution. I've had ear infections and problems hearing all the time growing up. About a year ago, I bought a bulb douche with a removable tip. The hole in the top of the bulb itself is just the right size to form a seal against my nostril. I then close my mouth, hold my breath, and SLOWLY squeeze until I feel a pop in the clogged ear. This saved my hearing, my sanity, and countless tears. Wishing you guys luck 🍀

Like my brain was paused, but I just registered my air bubbles hitting the sunlight in the clear blue pool. Then a woman in a back one piece with long curly dark hair picked me up and stood me on the concrete. She didn't say anything but was smiling the whole time. I looked over at my aunt who was supposed to be watching me, face down tanning after her bottle of wine, and looked back at her but she was gone instantly. We were in the middle of the pool area. As an adult I realize she couldn't have possibly have ran that fast before I looked, and why would she anyway. No adult would save such a young child and not try to make sure they're okay or find the parents, but she knew I was okay
