Please for ramen in Toulouse, don't go to Ebisu but go to SHIN-YA RAMEN. It's so good, even in Japan i can't find ramen like this yet.

Next time you go to Toulouse, try venture off to Carcassonne and get a Cassoulet ! Although it origins from Castelnauary (which you will pass on the way to Carcassonne). Carcassonne is a beautiful medival city, with a Beautiful castle which you can visit. Within the castle grounds there are many cute little shops and plenty restaurants, serving traditional cassoulet🤌🏻

the best cassoulet i ever had was at one of the restaurants in carcassonne. yum. castelnaudary has a cute cassoulet fair as well where lots of vendors set up outside and cook it in huge dishes
