I’ve had the Bloomin’ Onion at Outback Steakhouse. It’s my absolute favorite item on the menu there. But I have to disagree with most of you: every time I get one and eat it INSIDE THE RESTAURANT, I still have the problem of some parts being too soggy.

I'm sure someone has said it before, but "sub" is short for "submarine sandwich", because the sandwich kind of looks like a submarine I suppose. In any case, most people just call them "subs" now and "submarine" is a bit dated. Subway came afterwards and named themselves "subway" based on a pun. It's a form of transportation, but in subway's case its "have a sub made your way."

Church's chicken is actually really good, but it seems your food had already been sitting there for a while 😭😭 they probably gave you food that was already there for a while. Their spicy chicken is definitely the better choice, ESPECIALLY if you pair it with their spicy sauce that comes in the packets. Their cajun rice and biscuits are definitely really good and omg I'm shocked u don't like the okra its so good ! 🤣 You definitely gotta try their legs and tenders when they're freshly hot, it's very tender and juicy.

I'm from the south and fried okra is something that came from the south. I have never tried Church's Chicken. I will say that fried okra is an acquired taste anyway cuz a lot of people can't get past the texture but if done in true Southern fashion, it is absolutely delicious.

In my corner of the world, Church’s Chicken is a favorite of the black community. For really favorable food, you should move to the south--Nashville, New Orleans, Birmingham, Atlanta, Tuscaloosa. The lettuce wrap at P. F. Chang's is the top selling item. You should try the banana spring rolls. The great wall of chocolate is a delicious cake. At some of the sub chains, one can order half a sub.

Firehouse subs is not only started by firefighters but part of the sales goes to providing life saving equipment to first responders. The New York Steamer and Italian are the best IMO. FYI sub is short for submarine due to the resemblance of the shape. Church’s biscuits are great. Their actual fried chicken ( bone in) is great. Dave’s hot chicken is great if you get their mild. Mild is hot enough 😂. P.F. Chang’s is great also. Their shrimp in lobster sauce is fab as is their hot and sour soup. 😋 Have you tried Chick-fil-A yet? Their chicken sandwich and frosted lemonade are incredible!!

Church's fried chicken is pretty good,as well as the Cajun rice. I personally love okra anyway I can get,but I grew up eating it so I'm used to the texture. Generally chicken and waffles are fried chicken on top of the Waffle with maple syrup...the sweet salty flavor is so amazing!

A good thing to remember when ordering steak Togo is that the steak will keep cooking in the Togo box because of all the heat trapped within the togo box. The "sub" in Subway is different than the "sub" in Sub Sandwich. In Sub Sandwich, the "sub" is referring to a submarine, which is the shape of the sandwich when made on a "sub" bun. The "sub" in Subway refers to the subway rail train systems in large cities here in America. In other words, you can get a sub sandwich at lots of deli's/restaurants, but a Subway sandwich is one specifically from THAT restaurant chain.

Subways cookies are frozen pucks that are cooked at least daily. I love them too despite that and I used to manage one. Pro tip go in early in the morning and cookies are hard off whatever didn't sell yesterday. We used to wrap them up.😊

I've been in therapy for 6 years. I lost my husband of 38 years , sister, sister-in-law, father, mother, stepmother, and best friend within 3 years. Love Raising Cane chicken!! I always order the caniack combo no slow extra toast sweet tea! Take make a sandwich with the toast and still have a whole meal left over for later! OUTBACK has best blooming onions!! Good food too!

I've never in life had fried chicken and waffles with gravy. The standard is maple syrup which pairs SO WELL with the chicken as well as obviously belonging on waffles.

These may not be in your area, but Potbelly does sandwiches and has AMAZING cookies and Culver's is a fast food place popular in the Midwest and they have cheese curds, which is also a popular Midwest fair food. Other suggestions for fast and fast casual foods: Portillo's (hot dogs), Smashburger, Five Guys, Wing Stop (best ranch ever), Fazoli's and of course Dairy Queen.
