My family and I met with Crisha in Manila, had an amazing time shooting this vlog and it got me so excited to make more videos like this. How would you make adobo more authentic???I’m curious! Podcast is coming soon, what questions will be fired to me naman? In the meantime you can watch her new video here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWeUoomBnc-siqs

Hi Joey, this was a great vlog. When I cook adobo, I usually include cubed potatoes. I may also add gata or pineapple chunks. I've never had it with boiled eggs, but might try it next time. And yes, I like it spicy too.

Thank you so much 😊 Glad to hear that! I love potato in my adobo too…it combines very well with the textures. So nice that there are many versions of Adobo to explore in the Philippines!
