For the record, you can find much cheaper caviar, and even caviar alternatives like salmon caviar which you can find for even $40 per 500 grams which is a ton more than this guy had and tastes pretty similar, plus you can put less caviar on each cracker if the lack of punch is fine with you, and you end up having a can of caviar that lasts you multiple days. You really wouldn't want to eat this every day anyway because you'd get bored of it so you could have it every once in a while. And just like that you can enjoy yourself from time to time with this fancy snack.

I used to love caviar I had a (sort of) friend in high school…we would get “chopped” (as you say) so we would load up a plate of caviar and creme fresche and water crackers.
