Oh my God I had this obsession for like three or four years when I was a fucking kid. I’m glad I’m not the only one. I used a lot of head and shoulders shampoo and sometimes you can find sugar scalp scrubs. but im from the us so i don’t know if they have it in the uk. let me know girls i can send u some is you can’t find any. I used to pick my scamp where it used to be bleeding but it was the most fun and exciting thing for some fucking reason. and my mom always used to yell at me to tell me to stop. ur the best thank you so much. i miss you love you 💕

I enjoy massaging/ picking at my scalp. What helps me is to use a shampoo that cleanses my scalp like the faith in nature shampoo bar. I used the shea butter and argan oil bar but you'll have to find which shampoo will work best for you. : D

Omg I have the scalp thing too, it’s gotten so bad tho I’m scared i’m gonna go bald but I just can’t stop at all. The only thing that helped me is getting acrylics as I can’t pick them properly so I don’t get the satisfaction of picking at them and then they heal so there’s nothing left to pick if ygm. It’s expensive but it’s the only thing that sort of works. Pls help if you know anything else!!

I have the same issue w scalp picking and the only things that help me are putting my hair up so that it’s harder to pick at OR having acrylic nails?? It’s basically impossible to properly pick ur scalp w them hope that helps

Always drive in the inside lane in a roundabout if there's more than 3 exits and you're taking the 3rd or 4th exit. Outside lane if you're taking 1st or 2nd exit. Pls learn how to use roundabouts I nearly got killed driving in one because some eejit didn't know how they work.
