The cinnamon twists are just fried rotini noodles with cinnamon sugar on them. You just fry the noodles for 45 seconds then pour the cinnamon on top. It’s super simple.

The cinnamon twists are actually a type of noodle. When they put it in the frier it expands and then they coat them in cinnamon and sugar! Its actually really cool.

Hi Erin, love that you tried the dollar menu from Taco Bell. One thing you can do is, for instance, I like the spicy Tostada and what I do is ask to remove beans and add beef, guacamole, and sour cream. It cost a dollar something and it tastes great, you can do this to the triple layer nachos too. One of the things you can also add is avocado ranch, it tastes good.

Most people think the cinnamon twists are pasta, but it’s actually not! If you fry pasta it just burns. It’s actually a type of Mexican “pasta paste” and when it’s fried turns into the puff. Just like those Mexican spinwheel looking things that you put limón and chamoy on! :)
