yes marcipan we youse for like christmas candy and for cake , in the same way you youse fondant to cover a cake and here in Denmark we make marcipan pigs for christmas and Something we call konfekt that is a peace of nougat between two peaces of marcipan 😊

Those marshmallow cookies put them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds and they will be good. My mom, sister and i ate those when I was a kid and my sister was a teen. It was funny because I would be 2 and they would eat the whole box! That last candy there white chocolate is out of this world good. I can't have it any more but when I did eat it I loved it kinda. It has dairy in it and I'm border line allergic to dairy.

Although I think it's more of a cultural thing and not expiration date. For example, I don't understand American obsession with Oreos or peanut butter! I went to Columbia University and lived in NY for 5 years and the amount of Oreos and/or peanut butter some of my classmates ate was staggering! :) Love you!!
