I know this video is old, but I just wanted to tell you that you can use micropore tape for the same effect! 💕 Micropore tape is easy to cover with concealer or foundation, that means you can put the tape further down on your face to get a more dramatic effect and also cover it up 💕 just put the tape on the string you have for this haha 💕 cheaper and also it sticks better to the skin and lasts for days if you want!

Guys I kid you not! I've tried so many of the different face-lift tapes and none of them worked for me, if I sweat a little or blink too much they come right off. So I was online looking at some surgical tape and I seen on the reviews that someone said they use it for face lift! AND I KID YOU NOT!!!! It works yall! It's sweat and water proof! It's clear tape! And very flexible! I had it on all day and it still hasn't budged! I should have been tried this! It's the surgical tape they use to bandage things but I promise you! You cannot tell the difference! And I also used the band that came with the other face-lift tapes and just poked a hole through this tape with the silver clip of the band....THIS TAPE DOES NOT MOVE YALL AT ALL ! AND! It holds my face (eyes) up soooo tight!!! It seems so far as if I'm gonna have to peel it off myself when I'm ready to change it!

It is relatively easy to "hide" because it does not have the plastic piece. My hair is not very thick so I'm not sure the Art Harding brand would work for me. Laura, I think you look great without it!

Hi from London. I too was laughing so much at your video because I have been using this product for about 2 years. I think it’s fantastic. It takes a good 15/20 years off me. The only downside is, that the rubber fastener keeps sliding down the back of my head and, it feels like the elastic is going to slice my ears off. The upside is, you don’t feel the pain after a few large vodkas!! X

I am so lucky because my best friend is gay and, when we are out, he keeps checking to see if you can see the band!! I also have Botox and fillers. I have had tear duct filler and temple fillers. I am just watching your video on aloe Vera and goats milk products. Really interesting. I totally agree about the soap. Use a hair topper. Short wigs just for the top of your head. I use them in between hair color treatments. That said, I’ve used these and they’re okay as long as your skin stays dry.

I wouldn't use it, cause I had a semi lift. You look younger and don't need a lift by the way. Good face structure, shape and skin. I would not get a lift if I was you, just resort to non surgical face tightening treatments and good skincare routine. My Lift healed Ok around the ears, jowels, cheeks. except under the chin where the skin was stretched took aged to heal, was wrinkled, bumpy, and fluid. Apparently, all the fluids run down the face to under the chin in a lift, and if they use too much fluid, area might need draining. So procedures are not always symptom free, error free.

When they make clear duct tape I’m in. Duct tape holds everything but you might have the sticky residue on your body for 6 months, no lie, I have used it to lift my saggy legs. That adhesive won’t go away!

After surgery tape was a total misery to remove I found great adhesive remover pads online (medical grade), just wear gloves if you wear nail polish, but they should work on duct tape too 😜

Yes… The plastic pieces hook in the back of your head. I ended up letting it rest at the base of my head and left the elastic behind my ears. I trimmed the longer piece with the holes because it was too long once I had it adjusted to the size of my head. That made it easy to cover up and it stayed on beautifully. You look fab.... no tape needed, seriously! I just started using some neck and jaw line tape ( another brand).... it works ok. Tape has never come undone( I need a face lift or at the very least fillers and even some chin lipo, but my finances unfortunately don’t allow for it). Your video is so funny and I see a slight difference but you look so great without it you really could skip it. I couldn’t see it, but did the tape in front of your ears show? Also did it slide down the back of your head as you wore it which I’ve read many people say happens? I’d of like to have seen the back of your hair after you fixed the band, but regardless the video overall was funny, useful, and informative. Thx!

Gail… The tape actually stayed in place beautifully. I wore it for several hours. I let the band rest at the bottom of my head and kept the elastic behind my ears. hey gail t !! i saw another video where the makeup artist put the top section of the hair up as well but then made a small braid at the back center of the head from the hair underneath and then put the elastic through the braid to keep it from sliding down and covered it with the top section of the hair to cover the braid/elastic (same as here but she was using the mark traynor tapes though.... :))

I have never laughed so much. I don't think u know how funny u r. U r adorable. There is a learning curve to those tapes. I've used those tapes but I sweat so much one side let go and I looked like I had a stroke!

IDK if you would be interested but I just saw a lady make one, THAT IN MY OPINION, looked like it would be better than the tape,,she actually made it using two hairclips, the kind that open n close, also a couple rubber bands...girl the one she made went in the same area as your tape, she even had to pick up some of her hair so the rubber band would not be seen,,and instead of tape, the hair clip,,,pulled the hair which accomplished the exact same results I am going to make me one lolol

Not if you only use it to gently lift. It's not supposed to pull hard or tight

That is a great question. I have never worn this long term so I really can’t give you an answer. But I agree with the others. I just wouldn’t pull it too tight. This video was a first impression. If you place your fingers where you want to lift and gently move the skin you can feel how far it can move before it stretches. If it is uncomfortable, pinching, or overly noticable it is too tight. I would only use something like this for an event or photoshoot etc. Not for wearing all day everyday. Repeat use of alcohol and adhesive on the skin isn't good for it, especially on the same area. I guess this could be a good way to see how you'd look with a face lift and how people would react to your new appearance before getting surgery.
