please don't do this - any weight change during such a short duration of change will not be permanent, and the impression that it is could lead in very dangerous assumptions by younger viewers of this channel (of which constitute a large demographic). moreover, models don't assume dietary changes solely for weight purposes - other aesthetic purposes include body composition at large, but they could also do so for general health means as the occupation demands a high level of fitness. we shouldn't be encouraging anyone to take away lessons about weight and body worth from these videos, period!
