The national dish of the Philippines is called "pagpag." It's made by refrying chicken bones that have been collected from the trash. Since the majority of the people in the Philippines live in slums and lack education, a lot of them have to find discarded bones in restaurants, refry them, and eat them. In manila they use caramelized sugar in taho.. Baguio is fav.spot of people from manila to experience cold weather.😊

Traveling the world most of my life, i go by nose and never ask what it is, i sniff, taste, enjoy and possibly find out what im eating 😅 BBQ rice field rats in rural Thailand is actually awesome, here the food is amazing, no rats included tho 😅 Filipino food is da bomb!!! OMG I'm Asian and I can't get past the smell or the fuzzy feathers when you eat it. When my parents would eat it, I'd run out of the house. Like durian.
