You can eat amidon roti. Even amidon cookies (bonbon amidon) turn into dust in your mouth. Roroli is sesame snaps

Kasav kokoye is suppose to be soft though. The regular kasav is hard. It was sesame seeds

I have been eating Kasav Kokoye all my life cuz in Haiti, I live 2 houses down from where they make it at Mombin Lataille in OKap and I have never ate soft kasav before. the softest kasav I ate is a small little cassave they call "kasav sale". I don't even describe it as soft but it's not as hard as the others. I don't know where you get your cassave but that's what I know. I'd love to taste some soft cassave though☺️

Lisha Goldman I’m from port au prince, all the kokoye base ones are soft texture. My mom even got some out here in Orlando. I’d have to ask her where she got it but it taste so much better soft and it’s thicker .
