I was scrolling through some random videos when I came across your video and After watching this video of yours I scrolled through your channel and came to know that you know so much about India, You are so multi-talented and yet so humble, You dance, You sing so well, You speak Hindi with such perfect pronunciation that it's mind blowing, you have been to India and all this really says a lot about you. I am truly amazed and impressed by your amazing personality and at the same time I feel so small in front of you because you have so much respect for Indian Culture and you know so much Indian culture and then here am I who knows nothing about Germany, its people and culture. Today's food tasted better than yesterday's because yesterday's food was from day before yesterday. (9:15) Indian restaurants pull such a trick on you every now and then. Food dies after you just store it in the refrigerator. The only way to preserve aroma and taste is if you seal it in a heavy plastic bag after expelling at air and deep freezing it. We have in U.S .a brand name 'Food Saver ' , you might have it also in stores in Germany. It vacuums and seals the heavy plastic bag. It is the air which spoils the aroma and taste in the food. My Uncle's friend use to visit me from Houston Texas for treatment of medical / heart surgery problems after a botched heart surgery in Houston. He was a fantastic cook,. In gratitude, he use to cook ton's of Pakistani Food and deep freeze it at my residence.. I don't eat left over or yesterday's food for reasons already stated besides it is boring . I did not know what to do with the food he had so devotedly prepared . I did not have the heart to throw it away. After one year , a relative of mine showed up from New York at my residence in California at 11:00 p.m. I did not feel like going out and treating him to dinner at a restaurant at that late hour. I thought of the one year old frozen food . I decided to try it on him ( very mean) to see if he noticed any difference. To my shock, and surprise he loved it and said that he had not eaten such a tasty food in a long time. Despite his opinion, I could not bring myself to eating that food. However, he did mew a favor and finished all of it over the course of next few days. Why don't you give us a tour of your Home town ' Chemnitz' in your next video.? ( @ 0:26)
