Session was already awesome... People just got hyped by creating maps... And made the work for skater xl. Session instead focused mainly on game engine... But each detail was already better than sxl. Daylight control... Walking... Realistic open world map... Likely sxl will be making some improvements and catch up soon... It's great to see skateboarding games making such an amazing comeback...

It's good we have 2 games, competition creates progress and improvements. Although SXL devs don't seem that keen on winning the competition. It's like after full release they kinda gave up on the game. Skater xl has been carried by fan creations so hard, stats menus, board wear mods, skins, clothes and especially maps made by fans are the strongest point of SXL. Without the third party content I wouldn't recommend SXL over session ever. Now they are somewhat on the level but session is constantly pulling ahead while SXL is stagnated (from the Dev side), community creations keep coming fortunately.

I played skate 1 so much years aho and there was nothing like this where as i never played too much of 3 until the other week but dam it's riddled with them. I put a rail into my Brooklyn banks remake, if you do any nose gride it sends you off at 80mph 😭

It has improved alot actually. And they are implementing features first before they clean it up all the way. The new physics made it feel awesome imo. Not done yet but this will be the best skate game ever made I think.

I really want to like this game but everything is so glitched.. The controls are a little bit strange and my biggest problem in this game are the grinds..it even hurts to watch how somebody play this game because nothing works right in this game.. I hope some day this problems will be gone.. I hate to say it but skater xl is the best skate game for now.. But the devs are so stupid man
