You need to put alot more humus on the pita, (and you can use a row onion insted of the pita), and, when you eat fallafel in pita you need to add a lot of tahini, it's a must. (Sorry for my bad english).

Yes, yes, yes, I spent two weeks there many years ago. Start the day with shakshouka and salads. Being from the States I didn't know what tabouleh or hummus really was till my trip there. Falafel with a few fries and pickled turnip stuffed in and the best shwarma I ever had in Kaffra Yassif. Under a tent along side the road a Drews family was making a giant flat bread on a saje filled with labena and herbs. Thank you so much, this brings back so many food memories for me. Your lucky, it shows that Hatikva Grill really puts the care and love into there food.

For the stupid here who say it is a copied cuisine: Jews come to Israel also from middle eastern countries and they bought to Israel the food. Not all Jews are from Europe. Hummus is egyptian so lebanese who eat this are stealing their food? No! It is popular all across the middle east. It was brought by Mizrahi Jews to Israel (mizrahi jews are the majority here). Everybody in Israel is aware couscous is moroccan, there are million moroccan jews here they brought it from north africa, the middle east is not all arab. There were jews living in middle eastern countries and they ate this food too.
