You need to put alot more humus on the pita, (and you can use a row onion insted of the pita), and, when you eat fallafel in pita you need to add a lot of tahini, it's a must. (Sorry for my bad english).

I have never tried Israeli food menus but the food looks good. They put alot of effort and time to prepare the food. Worth trying out.

Yes, yes, yes, I spent two weeks there many years ago. Start the day with shakshouka and salads. Being from the States I didn't know what tabouleh or hummus really was till my trip there. Falafel with a few fries and pickled turnip stuffed in and the best shwarma I ever had in Kaffra Yassif. Under a tent along side the road a Drews family was making a giant flat bread on a saje filled with labena and herbs. Thank you so much, this brings back so many food memories for me. Your lucky, it shows that Hatikva Grill really puts the care and love into there food.

Damn this made me miss Israel so much. Best food I ever had was a falafel sandwich from some guys in a shack on the side of the road after rafting the Jordan river😂

not its not🤦🏽‍♂️. lets say cos cos is a marrocan meal but Jewish have lived there and still living there for hundreds of years so it part of our culture. the only " Palestinian" food there is the shawarma except from that all the food is part of our culture

For the stupid here who say it is a copied cuisine: Jews come to Israel also from middle eastern countries and they bought to Israel the food. Not all Jews are from Europe. We have our original food, of course Jewish food, but also Israeli food like ptitim, cherry tomatoes, safed cheese, soup almonds, bamba, jahnun, Jerusalem mixed grill and bisli.

Are you kidding me? Couscous is a Moroccan dish! Falafel and hummus and shawarma were invented by Arabs! These people want to take everything: the land, the food, the historical monuments! This has to stop! It's ridiculous

Hummus is egyptian so lebanese who eat this are stealing their food? No! It is popular all across the middle east. It was brought by Mizrahi Jews to Israel (mizrahi jews are the majority here). Everybody in Israel is aware couscous is moroccan, there are million moroccan jews here they brought it from north africa, the middle east is not all arab. There were jews living in middle eastern countries and they ate this food too.

Hummus was invented by Arab muslim people, like falafel, . Jewish ppl have no credit in hummus or any Arab food.
