Yes, yes, yes, I spent two weeks there many years ago. Start the day with shakshouka and salads. Being from the States I didn't know what tabouleh or hummus really was till my trip there. Falafel with a few fries and pickled turnip stuffed in and the best shwarma I ever had in Kaffra Yassif. Under a tent along side the road a Drews family was making a giant flat bread on a saje filled with labena and herbs. Thank you so much, this brings back so many food memories for me. Your lucky, it shows that Hatikva Grill really puts the care and love into there food.

Hummus is egyptian so lebanese who eat this are stealing their food? No! It is popular all across the middle east. It was brought by Mizrahi Jews to Israel (mizrahi jews are the majority here). Everybody in Israel is aware couscous is moroccan, there are million moroccan jews here they brought it from north africa, the middle east is not all arab.
