You could try to schedule some workouts during the week,it will be soo beneficial on your mental and physical health, plus this workout would be perfect!

Even only 10-15-minute workouts 2-3 times a week can still benefit your health. I wouldn't say I like activities, but I still force myself to do it. If you have done exercises before, your body can return quickly to the routine, so don't worry.

A little tip from me! I really don't recommend sitting down in between sets. Since if you for example do the jumping Jacks and then sit down, it's also going go bring your circulation down (obviously since sitting is a physically a lot less straining than standing) and then once you quickly get back up again you might feel dizzy or feel a bit sick since from jumping to sitting down and then quickly standing up can be very straining for your body and your circulation!!

i tried this workout after a couple months of building up the intensity and honestly it killed me - its been 2 months, and I haven't worked out since lmao i got extremely sick for 2 weeks after and never got back to it., but it felt really good, imma get back into it after midterms - love u yoora

Same, after doing it for 5 days I got a sore throat and was unable to speak. I'm trying it again, I'm on my third day and it's kinda easier. Maybe just because I have a more positive attitude towards it

I think u should start by a little by little, and increase the workout a little every week, dont start like the 100 jumping jacks from the first day😭 like do 20-30 then increase it every week, and dont forget warm up, its rlly imp.😭👍🏼

Hello, I'm a 5'7" teen who works out every once in a while but I want to try doing this for 21 days (3 weeks) for the month of August. I'll edit this everyday but please do feel free to remind me in replies if I forget. Note: I will not be following a diet apart from smaller portions and drinking a ton of water! Day 1✅: about 70 mins (40-50 mins w/o breaks) Starting weight - 155.8 lbs -This workout was definitely intense! I had to pause several times to sit or lay down, and it did feel like I might throw up all the water I'd drunk before the workout. But in the end I accomplished Day 1! -Instead of doing the exercise all at once, I divided everything up into 4 rounds. Each round consisted of 25 jumping jacks, 25 burpees, Half a song plank crawl, 5 planks up and down, 5 plank twists, and 19 crunches. I think this really helped me get through it because I was changing exercises often which kept me focused and made it less boring. The burpees were actually not the toughest for me, although I had to take a 30 second break every 5 burpees. They actually got easier by my 3rd round. I found the plank up and downs to be very hard because my arms were weak by the time I got to them. -I did a 5 min pre-workout stretch and a 10 min post-workout stretch to avoid muscle pain and body aches as people described their whole body to be in pain after the workout in the comments. -I ate two string cheese, three handfuls of popcorn, 3 bowls of salad (it was too good 😂), 2 bowls of fried rice, one veggie chocolate chip muffin, a small handful of white chocolate chips, and I think that's all. -I think I drank about 115 fl oz of water but it might be less cause I lost track. And that's all for Day 1, I won't write so much for the next days, don't worry 😂

This feels like destiny lol. I'd been doing this workout like 4 days (the second day I rest), but then I was sick for like 5-6 days and also got my period so I didn't do it again, the last day I did it was six or seven days ago but now I'm feeling so much better so I thought of doing it again and you just posted this video!! I don't know how long I'm gonna do it but let's see Day 1 : done Day 2 : done Day 3 : done Day 4 : done Day 5 : done ( actually day 5 I took a day off but let's continue I did it today so it's day 5) Day 6 : done Day 7 : done Day 8 : done Day 9 : done ( actually I stopped about 3 days and i will continue 10 days but my weight was 57 kg and when I stopped is 58 again) Day 10 : done ( actually I didn't work out for 2 days) Anyway it was a good idea I loved the workout maybe I'm gonna do it sometimes ❤

Hey Yoora 👋 great video! For the past few years or so, I’ve noticed you’ve been experimenting with various forms of cardio for fat loss. For a long term and somewhat for permanent solution, I would recommend weight lifting of some sort because you ‘replace’ some fat with muscle, allowing you to you burn some calories at rest! Cardio on its own is a fairly short term solution for weight loss as it’s easy to gain the weight back when you go in a surplus. But, if you enjoy cardio, by all means, go for it.

Day1 I had done the workout but I got distracted by the comments and had gotten stuck at the burpees. Day2 i did the wotkout with modification. Meaning that I only did 2 sets of some things. My legs were sore. Day3 skipped (got demotivated) Day4 (yesterday) I did the workout. It was really refreshing. Btw all these days I have been doing an Anna Mcnulty full body workout before this one. Day5 So for today I just did the excercise. It was harder than yesterday. So I had to give myself words of motivation. I don't see any results yet probably cause day 1 shouldn't even be considerd day 1, day 2 was the day I did the excercise. Day 3 I skipped. Day 4 I did well and day 5 is today. I should probably call this day, day2😅. But yh it was okay. Day6 Day7 Day8 Day9 Day10 Day11 Day12 Day14

dancers need an insane level of strength especially with the kind of choreographies that lesserafim have. they probably do that many burpees to maintain that level of strength.

Im going to try this im 5’1 and 46 kl (110 p) im still growing im fm under 15 im doing 11 jj 100 bp 20 js 1 song pc 50 pud 50 pt 50cc Day 1 : ✔️ i did it it was easier than i thought im full with energy and im happier💪🏼 Day 2 : ✔️ idk why today was so hard (prob cuz i was scared that my parents would enter) but i did it im super motivated and happy and its working!! I literally see light abs like no joke 💪🏼 Day 3 : ✔️ im so tired ugh but its so worth it like i have such good results I didn’t have motivation but im glad i did it:)💪🏼 Day 4 : ✔️ it was really hard this day cuz i was a little sick but the results are def worth💪🏼 Day 5 : ❌ i was a little to sick To do it Day 6 Day 7 Reminder : im also eating different less calories more protein and water and i listen to subs and I manifest
