So they will cure themselves but to speed up proces use olive oil like masage gently there or just buy cream in pharmacy i think they are price low. But its very painful almost every women got them after giving birth

Just a little PSA : low carb is different than keto. Keto is high fat and very strict on carb limits. Low carb is just low carb. I think Yoora did low carb because I don’t see her trying to consume more fat in her diet (using heavy cream butter oil etc) 4:55 love to see you eat more fibers and veggies. Very inspiring

What I like is that you made healthy choices and lost weight because of those choices. Incorporating more vegetables into your diet, and trying to stay away from simple carbs (processed foods usually have a lot! of sugar) is a good choice to make regardless of if you want to lose weight or not. I was leery about you mentioning Keto etc but you took a very realistic approach to your choices and I appreciate that. The issues with fad diets are that many are unsustainable or done to a point of obsession which becomes unhealthy. Everything in moderation! I appreciate that you also move your body. I've just started my first year of college and finding it difficult to create a routine/stay balanced and healthy (Since that's been hard for me to do regardless) but love to see your videos and your studious and realistic approach to things, especially lately.

This is why people take photos before starting their weight loss. It’s hard for some people to see their progress with their own eyes, even when they see the number on the scale go down. But pulling out the pictures and seeing yourself though a lens of the past, makes it much easier to see how far you’ve come-it could be that extra motivation that keeps you going.

Yoora, you're such an inspiration. I have the same issue as yours. When I got to university, my diets became worse. I ate more junk food and sugary food and gained 10kg after 4 years of university. I've graduated for a year now and I've been working on losing my weights. I've lost 3kg already. Watching your video really inspires me to keep going. You're the best Yoora.

I'm so glad you said you started noticing changes at the 3 month mark because I'm on my 3rd month and feel frustrated. I'm also on keto but gave up noodles and rice entirely (as an Asian, this was HAAAARD), but girl you're so lucky to be able to get keto bread options because we don't have them in the UK stores. Ended up making my own bread. The tips are appreciated

hey girlies! yoora’s advice is sooo helpful but remember you don’t have to lose weight in such an intense way. i would recommend doing some things differently if you try to lose weight yourself: 1. try focusing less on cutting out carbs and focus more on adding protein to your diet - i recommend eating about .7 grams of protein per pound of body weight everyday .7*135 pounds = 94 grams of protein (i think getting keto friendly bread and quesadillas is a great idea though bc too much added sugars are not good for you) 2. think less about what foods you should exclude from your diet and think more about what you can add (aka if you want to eat ice cream, do it! but consider adding lots of berries, nuts and granola) 3. don’t count calories!! yoora is so right- not only is counting calories a huge gateway to an ED, but calories on labels are hugely estimates and the label’s calories can range from 70% to 130% of the food’s true calories. 4. 100% recommend weightlifting. if you’re in college i sooo recommend looking into whether your school offers a weight training class. will morph your body into an hour glass. ALSO more muscle means your body will burn more calories while at rest (aka when youre just chilling on the day to day) 5. don’t do overly intense cardio if your goal is to lose fat. internee cardio is good for endurance and heart health but doesn’t do much for weight loss. that’s bc during intense cardio ur body mainly burns the sugar in your body not your fat. a heart beat around 135 bpm burns the most calories from fat. 6. TAKE IT SLOW. the slower you lose weight the higher the chance your weight won’t rebound. it’s generally recommended that you shouldnt lose more than 4 pounds a month, so take it easy!! (i would even recommend taking it even slower- 2 pounds per month is best in my opinion). overall just remember that starving yourself is the LEAST effective way to lose weight. do your body right and lose weight in a sustainable way:)

As a student i struggled alot with mass weight gain after covid hit and i stopped my physical activities and sat on my chair studying for 12-13 hrs munching on food every hour. But after watching your video i believe when i get my dream college after my entrance exam which i have been working day and night for, i can lose weight and become healthy and happy again. Also recommend America’s Test Kitchen “The Complete Mediterranean Cookbook” and The Mediterranean Dish website for sample meal plans. I ate Whole Foods, lean meats, and seafood - making my plate colorful to get a healthy mix of nutrients to stay fuller and snacking on fruits, nuts, and veggies. I ate two cubes of milk chocolate everyday and some ice cream on occasion.

i really relate with the health issues you were experiencing, and i’ve been wanting to lose only 10 lbs for the past few years (i’m on the shorter side, so even an increase in 5 lbs shows on my body) but i’ve been so so stubborn about it!!! this has inspired me a lot and i’m going to be more conscious about what i shop. i’ve always noticed the keto and sugar-free options but i always had a misconception about them being a scam 😭 thanks yoora, this was my last push to really get it together lol

I’ve been waiting!!!!!!! I lost 40 pounds doing keto and OMAD, but still have 40 more to go. I was having trouble trying to stick to the same way of dieting and got into somewhat of a binge eating problem. After my graduation I also wanted to lose weight but due to career pressure, getting a job and preparing myself for the next steps of my life I automatically lose so much of my weight without even following a strict diet ( which I feel is not also healthy as I was eating normally but stress worked as the key factor to decrease my weight)
