Great to see a video! Just a quick salad comment, my recent favorite salad topping is crispy mushrooms. 15 @400 in air fryer (flavor pass) then dehydrate for 2-3 hours. Either sliced or quartered work well. As far as Jasmines comments on chia pudding, I don’t just think it’s disturbing to look at but the texture always gets me too.
