Mark Williams, Lord give me the country ! Picture a log cabin near a stand of aspen, smell the smoke from the hickory log on the fire and hear the water churning from the creek running into the willow lined lake, where a linked just jumped out of the water, startling the buck that was getting a drink. Ahh, peace on earth !

Love your fishing videos and Christian testimony. Reminds me of my college days back in the late 60’s early 70’s when I would fish Stoner Creek near Paris KY at Claiborne horse farm. Wonderful setting with mostly rock bass and beautiful thoroughbreds coming to drink!

First, thanks for all the great videos. Brought back a lot of childhood memories fishing creeks in Taylors, SC. Those memories got steamrolled when at 14, the family moved to central Florida and an old abandoned phosphate pit a mile behind our house. (Catching tiny bluegill, sunfish, red-ear, and few variety of bass faded from memory) Thanks to you there was one species we caught in just one section of the creek (fast moving water, shallow, completed shaded and no wider than 8 feet) For 40 years I never got an answer from experts what this fish was. Could only catch it on a Little Cleo. It had one defining feature- Spikes/horns on top of it’s head. Again, thanks to your videos, the memories of fishing this creek for hours, packing up a couple bologna and cheese sandwiches and my Cub Scout steel canteen with Kool-Aid, I finally did some research on what that fish was- Hornyhead Chub! Have you stumbled on this fish in Tennessee?
@CreekFishingAdventures3 жыл бұрын
Yes I have. They seem to be more in the mountain streams and creek chubs in the lower streams
