Can I just say how nice it is for an influencer/beauty guru who doesn’t self tan. I’m a pale girlie, and I hate self tanner but I’m always getting comments “oh you need some sun” or “your so pale” and it makes me feel ashamed of the lightness of my skin 😕 Love someone who embraces their skin tone without needing to tan it 🥰

I have tried the butter melt bronzer and I thought it was a cream at first and I HATED it, but I was using the wrong brush. It’s still a little too pigmented for me, so I only use it to set a cream bronzer and do one tap with a fluffier brush to ensure I don’t get too much pigment

I think that bronzer looks gorgeous on you!!! It looks like you have a healthy color from the sun as opposed to a contour color where bronzer should be! Bravo!! Our "shades" are normally the same on a lot of these concealer and foundations you try, so I think you should try the nyx concealer the shade vanilla, you will like it I'm sure!

I have shades 2 All Buttad Up in the bronzer and shade 6 For the Butta in the blush and they're pretty good tones but with a light hand and a fluffy brush. By the way, I buy the same foundation shades based on your recommendations (same shade match) so maybe give these a try!

I had the same experience with the Hourglass concealer! It used to be my go to for years. I repurchased it at the beginning of this year and used it everyday mostly all over as a foundation and concealer. My skin got worse and worse but I blamed it on stress and moving houses etc. I recently run out and didn’t get the chance to pick up a new one right away so I started using a new Nars backup that I had in my collection… guess what? My skin has completely cleared up! (Apart from the usual hormonal pimples here and there around my period) I never thought of it but maybe they changed something in the formula?

I only tried them once and I felt they were like a hot pepper. I’m not sensitive but these caused me intense burning. I took it off as fast as I could. I’ve been looking for a good lip plumper that would actually work. I think these would probably be it. I might try to brave it and try again.

I tried the blush and bronzer and it was a cream feel when I grabbed it up but once I swatched it on my arm it was a powder. It was very strange to me haha not bad just an interesting experience. Very smooth tho.

I have heard several ladies say that the nyx bronzers apply red. I have to much red in my skin. The blushes look red as well. You skin looks fabulous

I have several shades of the bronzer, blushes are not available in my country yet, and they do have more of a rosy/red undertone. I think they are best for cool undertones or maybe neutral too. With a light application I can make them work on a warm undertone 😊

I've been wanting to try the buttermelt bronzer. I looked at the swatches on Amazon after you tried the lightest shade. It's definitely more red on you than the swatches show. That's so weird. I may have to pass since I don't like the undertone.

I'm so excited to try the nyx buttermelt bronzer and blush! I have a very similar skintone to you and I think the bronzer shade "deserve butta" (a bit dark, but not exremely) and the blush shade" butta together" (a very sweet pink) could be really nice. Unfortunately the blush isn't available in germany yet.😕

I really really appreciate that Nyx put the warning on the side of the Duck Plump oils. I'm one of those people with sensitive lips and cannot wear lip products that have more aggressive plumping ingredients. If you're like me, but want to try newer Nyx lip oils, try the new ones in stick form that click up. They're AMAZING. I have like 5 of them now because they're fantastic in the summer and easy to apply.

If you have a heat gun or hot plate it’s possible. Put some foil down if using a hot plate. It took me a bit but I was able to depot them. I agree that the packaging is excessive.

So bizarre, I always wore copper and warm brown tones for years to emphasise my blue eyes. But in the past year or two I’ve been using only cool tones for the eyes and found that they emphasise my blue eyes far more and are much more flattering! I wore cool tones years ago when I was in my teens and early 20s but I was pushed more towards the oranges, warm browns etc because I did hair nails and beauty therapy including becoming a mua and it was something that was heavily pushed due to said colour wheel. There are no rules in makeup and no right and wrongs. Do what makes you feel comfortable, confident and happy. If you like it, go for it!

My daughter bought on of the duck plump and I tried it and I hated it. First of all, it burned my tongue because some got on it and it burned my lips too much. I hate plumping glosses, but too each their own. Lol. Your makeup came out so beautiful. I want to get the lightest pink and the orange NYX Butter Blushes. They are beautiful and remind me of the Rare Beauty Blushes. That blush looks gorgeous as a eyeshadow. I just got the Rare beauty tint and have not tried it yet and am going to try it on Tuesday night when I go to work. I had it for a few months, but I normally don’t wear foundation or skin tints ever since Covid. I just got use to not wearing foundation since wearing a mask. We are still wearing masks at work because we had another outbreak at work. I work at a State facility for the Mentally Challenged, so I am in a hurry for them to lift the mask mandating again. I am thinking since people are going to be going to cookouts, graduations and weddings again, we might have another outbreak again this summer. I really hope we don’t though. I use a few brushes to do my face and I wash them after I use them once. I don't like washing all my brushes at 1 time. It's too much work. Dirty brushes can cause so much bacteria on your face.

(Un)fortunately, I think all of the butter bronzers run a little red. That being said, I’ve used mine as kind of a one-and-done product all over my cheeks and the perimeter of my face and I’m kind of obsessed. Especially on days where I just want to look even and healthy and not like I have a full beat on, it’s a hero product! I would love to hear your experience with wear-time, though. I think what we gain in blend-ability, we lose in longevity, but I’ve been curious to see what other people have noticed.
