I love love love all of your foundation videos. I loved that you did not have absolutely perfect skin, and that you did wear tests, and showed them in different lighting. It's really difficult to trust any foundation videos, especially from people with absolutely perfect skin. Like yeah Donna every foundation looks amazing on you because you don't even need foundation to cover anything.

I had pretty severe cystic acne when I was a teenager and so wish there had been more campaigns like that showing actual skin texture. I hope it helps younger people now feel less alone. 💜

Phlur ‘s Father Figure is like a lighter version of Diptyque’s Philosykos. Both with fig notes, FF is earthy and a bit sweet, less grassy than Philo. It’s lovely. Perfect for Spring/Summer. Missing Person is also beautiful. It’s what people call ‘skin or flesh scent’. I know… sounds kind of gnarly but it really does smell like someone’s skin. It reminds me of my mom personally. It’s like a mixture of soft powder, warm, woody? It’s lovely. Feels warm and cozy every time I wear it like you’re being embraced by your loved ones. Absolutely beautiful. If you like Le Labo’s Another 13, you may like this. It’s softer version of that. I noticed Phlur’s scent doesn’t really last long on the skin. Also. WTF is with their packaging????? It leaks like crazy, especially the travel ones. They DO NOT travel well at all. Better to buy a bigger bottle then decant for a perfume atomizer or buy in person to check for any leakage.

3:58 if it’s flakey/dry try washing your face with dandruff shampoo. I get a lot of dry/flakey skin on face/behind my ears etc due to my arthritic psoriasis… I use Selsun Blue Medicated Maximum Strength Dandruff Shampoo on my face at night when I have a breakout, and normally after a week or so, combined with using the Elemis Dynamic resurfacing wash in the morning, it clears up.

I love tinted sunscreen. And i always put makeup over it. I went back to trying Neutrogena one. Medium shade. And i am loving it. Being in my 50’s i don’t like glow. This feels a little satin. And really good coverage. And i am loving it. Love me some MW. I have that song in my head too. 😂

I love Phlur missing person, its more subtle but I wasn't able to wear fragrance for 10 years so thats better for me. I've also tried Ameline, its nice and more fruity. Would be interested to see a tour of your perfumes

Have you ever tried squalene for the redness? I have very sensitive skin and will turn into a tomato with some things like Biore strips. I found Andalou 1000 Roses Squalene oil and it is amazing.

Thanks for the video! I think I will be going back to Sephora before the sale ends. I absolutely love the Phlur Vanilla Skin. I think it's a more elevated warm vanilla but it took me probably 3 or 4 times before I could appreciate it and now I use it all the time. I really like the strawberry letter too. I don't know if you ever had a Strawberry Shortcake doll, but it's like Strawberry Shortcake as a grown woman, haha!

I absolutely love Phlur ‘Tangerine Boy’ it’s very cologne like. Also ‘Father Figure’ is my daughter’s favorite and it definitely has the same masculine vibe. Overly floral gives me migraines so most of my scents are more manly 😂

I tend to go for cooler tone bronzers myself. My complexion is light olive with cool undertones so I mix cool tone foundations with blue mixers because the cool foundations are too orange for me. I have yet to find my perfect foundation and I've tried high end and drugstore. For now blue mixers are my friend Lol 😆

Was just looking for a tinted sunscreen that is not warm toned so thk you for sharing. The Inn Beauty tinted sunscreen is out of stock in fair medium but states it is a radiant finish. Super Goop looks like a nice possibility 😎

I have almost all the Phlur scents. The Strawberry Letter is really nice. Mood Ring is a bit "sweeter" than Strawberry Letter. Phloria is my favorite but it is being discontinued. It is still on their website and its 50% off. Love your videos!

I love this makeup look Taylor! I ordered the Isle of Paradise sunny glow face serum and I was so disappointed. I use their green line faithfully so I thought okay this will add a bit of color and a little glow lol ummmm no 🤭 I looked ridiculous with it on. It wouldn’t blend well and I was wearing a liquid highlighter all over my face. I love the new Rare Beauty glowy blush shades in Happy and Joy. I did get the new Urban Decay foundation and the Saie concealer. I’m loving both and I think you will really enjoy them both. I’ve been using the Saie concealer as foundation and it hasn’t let me down, yet! Your hair looks amazing, you look amazing and have this beautiful energy about you! You look really happy Taylor ☺️💜

Hi Taylor, thanks for the video! I think you'll find that the new Urban Decay Face Bond foundation won't work well for you. It's described as having a matte finish, and the 4th ingredient is alcohol denat., aka isopropyl alcohol or SD40 alcohol. This formula probably won't work well on dry skin.
