I think the hat is either called a Kentucky Derby Hat or just a Cocktail Hat. I think they're both the same but the cocktail hat is the small one you're referring to while the derby ones...I've only seen those really big sunhats for those. I might be wrong.

Basically in Korea. Size small is a 0-2 medium is a 4, large is a size 6ish~ free size 0-4 ish. For pants can’t even wear them haha. Unless they are wide leg
