Greetings Sydney, Cole is not curing your depression, you are. It takes lots of time for persons with paralysis but you will gain the strength and know how to do it, all by yourself. Life will get easier you wait and see. You need someone or people for support in your corner the way Cole has, I am sure Cole went through his depression following his injury but never gave up. Life throws obstacles in your path for a reason and you can either succeed or fail but the test is to find the strength to pass every obstacle thrown at you. Everyone has their own ups and downs, but that is life. Whatever you have thrown at you try and pass it, do the best you could even if it’s rough, but remember not to ever stop trying until you are able to do it. Pass it and come back to it at a later date, try and try again, never give up my dear. How young are you and when did you become paralyzed ? You do not have to answer.if you have a problem with the question. God bless and stay strong one day at a time.

Cole looks at Charisma, as if she's totally "HIS", in a way that he's totally smitten, head over heels in love. You can actually see the love and dedication he has for her and vice versa. I don't think in this relationship Charisma see Cole in a wheelchair and I don't think Cole sees Charisma as black, they simply share the same love of each other as a people. This is truly a growing love story/journey!

mommys boxes it was truly serendipity. My cousin brought out this dress to display at her wedding, and I’d seen it but didn’t think much of it, other than that it was cool that my Gran still had it. Then I had gone dress shopping and nothing really “hit me” ya know? So I asked my grandmother if she still had the dress and she said yep! You can try it on if you’d like! Went over and was sure it wouldn’t fit. She has... front endowments that I don’t have 😆 and is about 7 inches shorter than me, but it somehow fit perfectly! She wore a bunch of petticoats under it, so without them, it was the perfect length. No alterations, no nothing, and took a whole bunch of stress off me finding a dress!

I went dress shopping and purchased a dress before my husband proposed, but we had been talking about it and he had basically asked without getting down on one knee. It wasn’t that much longer before he did formally ask the question. We knew we were meant to be together within the first few weeks of our relationship and all of our friends could also tell and were constantly asking when we were getting engaged and married. He proposed on his birthday and the way he started the conversation made me think that he was going to break up with me and not that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me. We had only been dating for 6 months and we got married 8 days before our 1 year anniversary of the blind date that started it all. We have been together for 30 years and will celebrate 30 years of marriage in December.

This is the first time I've watched you guys, and you are great! Your parents, Charisma, are so sweet! I just gotta tell you two things. 1. Don't sweat the small stuff! Yes it's important to clean and do chores, but if you have a choice between doing something together like going to a movie, or have a romantic date, whatever, the chores will be there when you get back. The important thing is to know that every once in a while someone is going to have to suck it up and just do it, even though it's not their turn. 2. Don't sweat the small stuff! Yes, it's important to make sure your future kids are clean and fed and cared for, but make memories, not beds! It will be THE most DIFFICULT yet REWARDING thing you will ever do.. So if the laundry is piling up and you have to put a slightly dirty t-shirt on because you haven't had time to do the laundry, you will not die. Nor will your baby if you have to grab a burpy cloth with a little bit of mushed carrots on it. They will be fine. They most likely won't be telling a psychiatrist when they're 30 about that burpy cloth! What they will tell anyone who will listen is that their parents took the time to be there for them. My daughter is 28 years old and I tried to do what everyone else told me to do, and I regret it. She's a great adult, don't get me wrong, but I have things I wish I could do over. I wish I had played Barbies with her more often, even though I hated Barbies as a kid. I wish I had let her build more pillow forts, and hung out with her in them. I wish I had just been more relaxed with her They are truly only with you for a short time, and that time will fly by. Be strong when you have to discipline them, but it's OK to cry in the shower when you think of the pouty lip during their timeout, or how hard it was for them to return the pack of gum they took from the store. I lost my soulmate/ husband 5 years ago but he lived by two very important rules...First and foremost he felt that the greatest gift a father can give his children is to love their mother. Our kids are wonderful and doing well in life and they have said many times that knowing first that they were lived and wanted by us was wonderful and as embarrassing as it was walking in with their friends and seeing us dancing or hugging etc. they were blessed. It seems that there is a special measure of security knowing that you are loved by your parents but more importantly knowing how much we loved each other., never feeling divorce and fighting were right around the corner gave them a confidence and a freedom to show and have emotions was priceless to them. His other saying was " Those who love greatly are greatly loved". Wasn't he so very wise. I am not perfect and he certainly wasn't but... our marriage?......now that was perfect.
