I am displeased with my Kirby frame, and experience with Pair. The glasses they sent they put the incorrect prescription in them (so far off my eye Dr didn't know how I wore them a few day's). They wouldn't allow me to return only the lenses, I had to return the frames as well. Which I then had to reorder without my new customer discount. I had to WAIT for my refund, and my new frames to arrive. I have had my prescription put in now locally. These frames with your prescription are incredibly heavy, and not comfortable. Additionally, I referred a friend, and they wouldn't give me the credit due to here setting her account up on my phone!
