Joe!!! Nice to see you try this out, here are some tips that ruin nothing that will help you with your full crew dive. 1: They are working on a fix that allows your crew to select which pilot they can be assigned to, right now it dumps them starting at #2 and goes up. Not sure if the latest patch fixed that or not. 2: You can choose which mech you have 'affinity' for, this CANNOT be undone!! So wait to select it until you get to heavier mechs. 3: Make sure to spend your special resources (The Blue Star One) cant remember what they are called to upgrade your salvage percentage and your research team. It is also used to buy more techs (These help you repair % of your mechs in-between each mission) and scientists (how many research points are generated per cycle between missions for upgrades) You also use them to unlock new mech chassis! So spend them wisely, I suggest getting more resources claimed per mission which helps you upgrade your weapons that you use the most. Have fun man, we have been playing this with a three man crew for about a week now and really like it. Oh, one last thing, when you unlock an Omnipod pack for a mech chassis, you do not have to apply them all, you can select which part of your mech, left leg/arm/torso etc to switch out. I didn't realize that at first and we were putting the WHOLE set on at once...lol.

Yes, Summoner is a Thor. Mad Cat=Timber Wolf. We do not use stravag freebirth mech names.

Okay, but Thor is a far more apt and worthy name of the Summoner prime configuration. Personally, I mix and match Inner Sphere reporting names and the original Clan name bestowed on the chassis.

I think it would be interesting to play a Hell's Horses game for the mechanical difference of them using combined arms and quads, but the devs choosing the Jaguars makes a fair bit of sense given what I've heard. This is THEIR invasion. Their Khan was the Ilkhan at the time, they broke the stalemate with their... "biased questioning" of the Outbound Light crew. We also don't actually have that much of the invasion from their perspective, which has the chance to be quite interesting given that even among crusaders, they were particularly extreme and high on their propaganda, allowing for very interesting characterization. They also have the most justifiable opponent of the Inner Sphere's successor states hit by the invasion, yet still come out far worse.

love the fact they have no idea what they are researching but since its just stat buffs theyll never notice. its annoying as hell in MW5 games how the Ai target the player first and foremost completely breaks immersion when your in a light mech running away and your allies are heavys and the enemy is focusing you down.
