Their probably too dry. Get some ointment or vaseline (petroleum jelly) and apply to lips over night or 15-30 minutes before application. Basically: 15-30 minutes leave-on then wipe, then apply the lip tint.

The problem is not that they aren’t mixed well is that during shipping or anything it must have settled down also so known as sedimentation so I think it settled down (no hate girl I love u)
