I have this pedal and 100% AGREE!! I've gone through a ton of tubescreamers, etc. of every kind, boutique, off the rack, and even custom. NONE of them can come close to the Texan Twang. I've never stopped chasing that SRV tone... until I got this pedal. Haven't even thought about buying one more thing to capture SRV. First time ever I'm not wondering "what else is there to try." There is no need to either. FYI: This pedal is NOT just SRV. It's a 10 out of 10 fuzz pedal too. Good for sounds that are completely the opposite of SRV. A very versatile pedal. I sold my TS and fuzz pedal because this pedal is both.
