Ah making me miss Singapore. My ritual when I arrive is to get sugarcane juice and chicken satay. Then laksa,chicken rice,chili crab, pepper crab too many to mention.

Eileen Aldis You guys can head down to little India hawker centre to try various Indian food. They have the Nun, you can also try the mee goreng ( stir fried noodles) or the Biriyani.

Wow you can't go wrong with anything for that meal! I must say, I'm not too keen on coconut but I'd try the water. Definitely wouldn't hesitate on the sugarcane juice!

Bak Kut Teh translate to meat bone tea. The tea part comes in because people usually sip tea while having the dish (pork ribs stewed in herbal soup).

Add all. the spices for me! Anything with eggs? Otherwise I think the chicken and rice would be something I'd start my day with but really I'd do the same thing and get as many as I can while I am there. Did you go back during lunch? I'd love to see what else they have.

Anything with eggs is usually something I'd go for too. We didn't go back for lunch to this place, no, but it would've been neat to see the other stalls open up. We actually just posted a new video where we ate lunch at a restaurant in Little India which was yummy too. And LOTS of spices in the food for you haha!

The beauty of hawker centres or food centres is everybody pays what the local pays. What you are getting at minimum price is local serving portions (considered small/inadequate by western standard). You have the option to ask for medium or large serving by asking for it and pay the price increase as written on hanging menu upfront. That being the case, there is no deboning of meat, supply of free tissue, extra rice, no tooth picks, no plain water and no chef going around asking how's the food. Also there are inconspicious food health inspectors hovering

B1-35 Golden Mile food centre chicken rice is way, way better than Tian Tian. Probably one of the best and my favourite

Are all the food video showing are organic food? Are they encourage to eat organic food ? Base on the price of organic ingredient, the organic food are tasteless and no much sweetness and flavor. Should use approved more industrial food chemical to enhance the flavor of organic food. Can make more things in the end out.
