It really does have the Best Street Food and places you can purchase very Delicious Local Quisine. You chose some really Good and Substantial Fare DJ. I really loved your Pork Cakes with Salad Garnish, Beautiful Jasmine Rice and a Dish of Minced Pork with Lemon Grass and Chill's. You can tell, that such Love and Care has gone into the cooking of these Gorgeous Dishes DJ. I was in Thailand in 2016 and watching your videos, the price of food has only increased slightly unlike many other countries. It was excellent value for money then and looks that way now too. So pleased that you are enjoying yourself. Most of your commentary starts off with, 'Oh wow' when trying the food. I must say, I did exactly the same. Enjoy.

Yes, its the number 1 fast food dish in Thailand, whether it be breakfast, lunch, dinner or 2 in the morning supper, whether it be any meat or fish or shellfish of any kind. Really tasty. But your Pork rice cakes are called , Tort mun moo. Yes they do have a kick, but the thais prefer the, Tort mun blaah (fish cakes). Pad krapow moo is my favourite dish, a good som tam (especially made northen style), yam nua and mango with sticky rice runners up. Fantastic fish dishes I could go on. Great time of year to be in Thailand.

If you see Yum Nua (beef salad) On the menu. Try it. Its quite fiery with the chillis they cut into it. Definitely a favourite along with their fish cakes.

That pork dish is basically the same as the one Mark weins does in his restaurant. Only his is spicy beyond belief, I had it and the Perk cakes in Sydney Australia when I lived there when working construction. Unbelievable the flavour they can put into food.

Yes, Darren has got here the same as Mark Wiens does in his restaurant. It's called pad kaprow, probably the most popular dish for Thai's, eaten all the time. Always with rice, and even better with a fried egg on top.

If you are still there, The Chocolate Factory at Cosy Beach is a lovely place to have lunch. Thai, Western, sweets. Overlooking a quite beach in a bay. Get a motorbike taxi there. Best foot massage imo is Lucky Finger, 2nd Rd opposite Mike Shopping Mall.

You seem to be a thoughtful man with positive feelings and emotions. The local food is obviously very tasty and they know how to use spices and seasonings to your liking. However do you ever think about how the animal products are produced to get to your plate. If you do you might be appalled. It would be good to see some reviews of plant based food using the same spices etc. My guess is you will not miss the dead animal taste as you always mention the spices! Think about it, look forward to your comments.

If you want to really experience thai food, then head to thai proviences to experience thai food at a fraction of the cost rather than paying higher prices in tourist areas such as aonang. The best food you had on your trip but I guarantee you you will find better. Food looks aroy. It's better than the previous video 👍

Agree 100%. I did the Thai tourist trail thing for years and am now well-settled in the Isaan Province; I wouldn't swap it for any other part of this incredible country. The food Darren was reviewing can be enjoyed up here for half the price. We live well and inexpensively without a Burger King, McDonald's, Wendy's, etc.-to be found anywhere. The term 'Junk Food' never had more meaning when placed next to the more tasty, more healthy culinary delights of the real Thailand. Good Vid, Darren.
