So today we will be going to 'Dan Dan burger', a Southern Taiwanese fast food concept offering soul food that blends both western and eastern styles. You definitely have to try Taiwan's "All you can eat " restaurant, especially, the hot pot and indoor BBQ all you can eat. It will be very interesting. It's from 10 EUR to 20 EUR per person. It's really worth to go.

The'' beef noodle soup'' you've tried is actually not the real ''beef noodle soup'' but called '' Mian Xian/ 麵線焿'' which is normally made by thicken bonito broth, thick noodles, oyster, pork intestine or starch coated pork. Very iconic Taiwanese street food. Hope you have a great time in Kaohsiung.

Dan Dan is such an iconic restaurant that attracts even many northern Taiwanese. I cannot think of any better choice than Dan Dan when a group of friend have different ideas about what to eat, there are SO MANY CHOICES! Taiwan, an island overly favor the customers that spoil them with supreme service and convenience. Sometimes I think we are clinging to this kind of convenience. Another example is the convenient stores like 7-11 or FamilyMart, you can do so many things at one place, there're food, drinks, ATM, printer, package delivering,....I've heard they are trying to put laundry machines in some branches. I feel bad for the clerks.

The "beef noodle soup" you ate in Dandan Burger was not "beef noodle" of Taiwan. And I think it's pork actually. If you want to try the typical "beef noodle" (If you haven't eaten "beef noodle", that's a must try !!), you can search "beef noodle Kaohsiung" for lots of results. and this one is just few blocks away from your apartment. 三牛牛肉麵 犇 高雄市左營區勝利路85號

French fries is an American term. Cutting up potatoes into strips and then frying them was considered to be a fancy way of eating potatoes back then in America, and fancy things often were termed to be French by the Americans.

Why is French fries not called Belgium fries : The reason they call them French fries is that in the second world war. American soldiers were in Belgium Walloon area and find out about the fries. Because the heard only the French language The guessed they were in France so they called them French fries instead of Belgium fries.

Actually, that isn't beef noodle soup. That is vermicelli and depend on with intestine or oyster. But, you couple should try really beef noodles which famous Taiwan food in the world. Really really tasty. Also, the sauce is base on brown sugar. Way to go, I love your video!!

@@NaickKim I brought home whole bunch of Belgium chocolates last time I visited there. I had a very enjoyable time there. I had beer stewed rabbit and a very good tasting eel dish. I had that eel dish and ended it with a great chocolates sundae as desert. I was half asleep at the time because I was readjusting my time clock at the time. My whole experience was: I am nodding.off in front of my table, then I opened my eyes once in a while, and the food magically appeared. I ate. Then, I nodded off again. When my eyes opened again, another great food appeared. The experience was quite magical actually. Your people were very kind to me and made me feel very welcomed.

肉鬆是炒乾的，小時候我媽媽都自己炒，是不是跟肉絲的做法搞混了？幫忙翻譯的人應該不是台灣人，所以也沒修正，還有肉羹麵線是豬肉做的不是牛肉，不過觀光客搞不清楚也不需要苛責，提供正確的資訊就行了
