Trying The Best Lobster & Peking Duck Buffet | Dragon Pearl Vs Dragon Legend

Thank you to SquareSpace for sponsoring this video! After a long week working in Toronto, I was looking forward to returning home to Vancouver. But wouldn't you know it, right before I was about to fly, I got one of those flight delay messages... and it was a delay that wasn't long enough to do anything substantial, nor was it short enough to start heading to the Pearson airport.
But that poses just the right opportunity to visit one of the places many viewers were asking about, and that's a Lobster, Peking duck and seafood buffet called the Dragon Legend Buffet. Now I think I know what I'm in store for and looking forward to it because I've visited their sister restaurant call the Dragon Pearl earlier this year and it was again thanks you many suggestions from the viewers. This would always be a good way to answer the question, which one is better? It would be fun to find out and with all the lobster, prime rib, ox tails, abalone, and Peking duck, I'm in for a treat.

I actually love when you go to a buffet and it's NOT pristine. It gives them much better idea of what the flow is. From the food coming out. To the actual service of the restaurant itself. There's a lot you can tell. By watching how management oversees not only the maintenance of the buffet. But ensuring that the food continues to flow in a timely manner for its patrons.

I've recently started going to Markham occasionally for work. Dragon Legend is, hands down, the absolute BEST buffet that I have found. The people are friendly, the food exquisite. Been there twice, and will continue to return.

This buffet seems to have everything with the exception of the crab legs! However, you have the frog legs which is not that common in buffets. And all that nice desserts is awesome. It’s wonderful that you can have a buffet meal due to a flight delay.

They could've at least given you a whole lobster instead of half, those silly lobster coupons. However, for 47 dollars I would've jumped on those stir fry lobsters many of times. All in all, a pretty reasonable buffet for 47 dollars. Once again, nice video Tim.

@@joycewilson3443 Tim seems to be the type that likes to try almost everything. I have seen videos where the KZbinr ate 8 to 10 lobsters at a buffet or restaurant!!!! In another video, a few plates of crab legs and a few plates of lobster claws were eaten at a buffet!!!! That is not Tim’s style.

Another great video, Tim! I'm surprised with the Peking Duck. Here in So Cal, if Peking Duck is offered, buns, not the wrap is offered. Lucky you! I don't usually like filling myself up with bao, too many unnecessary carbs. 😀 AND...we never have abalone.

Dragon Legend is the best Chinese buffet I've been to and I've been to a lot. I've visited Dragon Legend at least 5 times and they never disappointed with the quality of the food. Everyone I visited with agrees its a great spot. Nothing tasted old, cold, or unpleasant. The atmosphere and decor is above average so the space doesn't feel typical. The assortment of food was curated well and I'd actually like to see more dimsum options, I'm a fan of dim sum. I'm surprised this restaurant isn't much more popular. I'd like to see more locations open up in the future since this is by far the best in my opinion but I know there's a lot of competition out there!
