I get the same comment about being like a child. It's not necessarily a bad thing. I wish more people would appreciate the little things, always look for the bright side. You get back the same energy you put out into the universe. I'm just trying to make sure I get nice energy. Us children at heart can still be very successful adults. I just went from entry level employee to shift supervisor in one promotion and in less than 3 years at a very technical company. I'm the most child like person and I can see the literal good my thankfulness, cheering, and fun conversation topics are very beneficial to my very serious and professional team. Never change!
