Just gotta say, I loved your horror themed co-stars in the background. lol I have considered ordering from Thred Up, but been nervous with the sizing and return policy. Thanks for doing this "for science", I think I will stick to walk in thrifts. Awesome cat tee, btw! 😻

I love ThredUp!!!! BUT you have to pay attention to their measurements (they're usually fairly reliable) and have strong online shopping skills, i.e., having an eye for how certain silhouettes will look on you, knowing what categories of clothes are more risky in regards to fit, knowing how specific fabric contents will wear and hold up, being a pro at search filters, having WAYYYY too much patience sifting through a LOTTTT of clothes to find the select few that meet your criteria, etc. It's WORK but tbh so is irl thrifting. When irl thrifting, I take all of the above into consideration as well, and often I can't try irl thrft items on before buying, either. What I really appreciate about about ThredUp is that I can use a search engine, filter results and don't have to drive store to store. I still love irl thrifting, but ThredUp is more accessible for a number of reasons. Still though, that return policy is trash! Which plays a major role in my purchase decisions (I don't buy "final sale" items unless I'm 1000% sure it will work and I *really* want it)

I poke around on the ThredUp site sometimes, but I've never actually bought anything before. The prices are always way too high for used items that I can't even try on, or see what condition they're in. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I like that it's another option for hunting, though! I am constantly on the hunt for a couple specific pieces- a replacement for my favorite dress that I stained with mustard and pizza sauce (😭), and a Disneyland sweatshirt I tried on and loved, but didn't buy because it was $60, and it's haunted me ever since. The hunt continues! 🤞🏻 Thanks for sharing, Hannah! This was fun to watch, and you got a few really great items! Plus, I loved the monster friends. 😁

I thought the capris were cute on you! I am not a thredup person because I need to try everything on before I buy, or have a really easy return policy.
