I had the best roommate. She was a little older than me, and she would make me banana pancakes whenever I was having problems with my mother. It made me feel so cared for. merle the bananas reminded me of something we do in brazil in barbecues for dessert we put bananas on the grill (usually one a little bit more unripe but not totally green, totally ripe would turn into a mush) and let it cook until the peel is black. then you serve it with sweet condensed milk and cinnamon (could also mix those two with peanuts or peanut butter and then top with it)

Omg…YES! Vegan butter + fresh grape tomatoes, garlic and black pepper. Toss with vegan parm (cashews/garlic blitzed) and sunflower kernels. The best!

I have to admit I am guilty of making baked ravioli "crackers" on occasion to add to a cheese board or as dippers. The "marshmallow carrot" though is it just a roasted/baked carrot ? Interesting. I have to admit the stuffed peaches might be an option at some point but I would props change up the filling a bit. Great vid as always hun xox

If you just put pickle slices on foil then sprinkle with fav shredded cheese, some cooking spray, & the everything seasoning. Cook at 400 for like 10min? Till cheese is brown, wayy better!

I make a snack that's hummus on a rice cake or corn thin topped with pickles and everything bagel seasoning. I feel like it would be a similar experience as the pickle cream cheese one, but with way less effort.

I myself was thinking that if you mixed softened cream cheese with relish - either store-bought or your own made from pickles quick-blitzed through a processor, that would achieve a similar enough result to use as a spread on bagels or whatever.

In my experience, you can’t heat oil-based cream cheeses (most vegan cream cheese), because they melt. You should have much better luck with a nut or seed-based cheese, like Miyoko’s cashew cheese or possibly the spero sunflower cheese. I make homemade cashew cream cheese for jalapeño poppers and it browns really nicely!

Amazing recipes as always. Thanks for the banana one, especially. I...really don't know what in the world that pickle abomination was supposed to be, LOL. BTW, I do "roast" carrots in the air fryer, but go at ~350Fish for ten minutes, and then rotate, and then 4-5 minutes more. I actually go pretty far overboard, and the outside gets pretty...gross? You have to oil them/put them in water to avoid that, and then they fry up a lot like sweet potatoes, and their insides get really soft (hence the "marshmallow"). But the outside always gets not-great if you don't over-oil them, so not sure what that creator did to avoid that... Keep trying carrots in the DREO though, you'll figure something out! Also, I love my air fryer, wish I had not already bought one a few months ago before you made this, would totally have hopped on board. DREO is a great brand, too!
