The water challenge was actually dangerous for you because your kidney can only handle around 0.5-0.8 litres per hour and you drank 1.5 in quick succession very quickly so if you felt nauseated then that was from drinking too much water. It wouldn’t have been too bad though because you only have the risk of dying when you drink about 15+ litres in an hour for a normal person
