can i fix the worst house in the Sims 4? - EA House Renovation

So....can i fix the worst house in the Sims 4? Is it possible? This house was by far the most difficult home to fix. It was a MESS. I loved it. This home is Pigulock Manor in Evergreen Harbor with the Tinker family residing there. This house had lots of space and so much potential! It just needed some love!

My guess is that the house represents one of two classic American landscapes. Either it's the home of the owner or a senior manager of the company that originally hired all the people who worked in the town. So it's much fancier than all the houses around it, even though it looks about the same age. Or all the surrounding land all belonged to one person or family, and they sold it all to one developer for a ton of money. That big house is either supposed to be their old mansion (if they were rich) or a new house they built with the sales proceeds. But since it doesn't really look like a traditional mansion or farmhouse, I'm guessing new McMansion.

Idea: maybe Evergreen Harbor resented Geoffrey because of their preconceptions about him and they had to leave. Since Nancy is Nancy and Geoffrey is not Mr. Rich anymore, they'd naturally have to start over somewhere else and start small. Not Evergreen Harbor, but not Willow Creek or Oasis Springs either. Maybe somewhere intentionally a bit more open like San Myshuno/San Sequoia or somewhere rural like Glimmerbrook or the horse world. I forgot what it was called.

this is SUCH a good idea. maybe Nancy pulls some strings and causes them to lose everything and August just goes with the flow. He realizes running the business was so much about money he lost the passion for making things. OHH now im excited!!!

such a nice glow-up to this house! I honestly forgot that this build even exist in the game (maybe I need to play more in evergreen harbour?!) it is a great world in general so I do not know why I dont play in that world more....

Some of the items such as the solar panels and water collectors should help with off the grid, with some of the items from For Rent like the electrical box (functional) and water heater (functional) would also help with the electric and water
