For those wondering why I decided against retaliation, it was mainly in fear for my dogs because he could easy throw some poison over my fence to hit me where it really hurts. I had a neighbor like that, he cut down an old apple tree in my backyard because he didn’t like the way it looked, poisoned my poultry because they smelled, called the cops on me for working on cars etc at night, even put sugar in my 1000gal diesel tank at home, the land his house is on is directly next to my farm, it had belonged to my grandpa but he had to sell it in a tight financial spot, the farm had been there always and noise and smell had to be excpected from the beginning. I moved our manure pile right next to the fence line. Anyways , my water drain pipe goes through his front yard and there is a contract stating that we could always access the property when needed to perform maintenance on the drain pipes. I ended up digging up his front yard in the middle of the night with my 50 ton excavator at least every two weeks, making sure to make the biggest mess possible out of his grass and everything. That made him move out in less than 10 months and i got to buy back the property. All that could have been avoided , hadn’t he decided to cut down my 100 year old apple tree

@@warwickandrewsthere’s a difference between being a collector, and being a general clout chasing nuisance… I live in the country, and get along GREAT with my neighbors for the most part (I’d say they don’t appreciate the rare burnouts, obnoxiously loud toys, unsuppressed machine guns). The thing is I actually consider them alongside my less than neighborly hobbies. You literally said in your video that you were doing the codified “truck planters” just to piss off the neighbors. I try to help mine, and they help me when I stick my zero turn in the creek… and loan me equipment when my antique farm equipment breaks. It's been a couple of years but I watched this because the same thing happened to me. My neighbours land lortd was offended by my storing a car (Expensive) on a trailer opposite his drive to storage yard. He texted me ,claiming his workers could back a trailer into his yard because my car was parked in the wrong place. I suggested, by text, that he learn how to drive. That didn't go down well and he dobbed me in to the local council .They came and told me I was a bad man for parking the car on an unregistered trailer .I put the car into my yard and got the owner of the trailer to take it away. Then the male karen complained about my box trailer being chained to a power pole. Nothing wrong there but it wasn't registered ... again they explained that I had a couple of days to move it, which I did but the guy slashed the tires on the car trailer before it went. Then hes been sprinkling nails and tec screws around my other cars (all registered) . The fool has no sense of humour...and he does need driving lessons with a trailer.

@greenspiraldragon8 ай бұрын
Your always going to have problems here. They are never going to leave you alone. You need to take legal action. You need to sue for damages and get a legal restraining order for him not to come within so many feet of your vehicle or house. A trail cam is not optimal. You can get a dash cam that will trigger if your car is bumped. You could get a security camera with zoom on your house and point it to your vehicle. You need to test the cams and see if it is positioned correctly. You can even get a security cam that will follow a person's movements all of these are probably cheaper than a trail cam. You need to keep a log and document all of this with details times dates people and companies involved for possible court action.

It doesn't work like that. First, he has to be able to prove it, which he didn't and hasn't. Secondly, he instigated a shit ton of these issues after the trash situation. She would come over and apologize for his poor attitude, then we finally learned they were equally evil. Until we had the camera footage, the police always took the side of the ‘senior citizen’. Once the cops saw the footage in court, everything changed, especially considering the middle of the night harassment’s were coming from a Sherrifs Deputy’s car and a cop with a mask on, THEIR SON. I requested he not be fired, just reprimanded, and the judge gave them a restraining order saying they couldn’t be out front if we were out front, same for the back. This is when I started walking front to back on nice weekend days, they had to go inside. I only did it twice, but it felt soooooo good. After that, everything in the neighborhood calmed and we all lived our own lives. DON’T put up with evil neighbors, protect yourself because they will hurt you, meaning to or not.
