I used to sell Harmonicas (along with other musical instruments), it's pretty common for them to have numbers on - and you didn't notice but the "C" stamped on it is they key it's in, C Major.

I love your content, Tom. I've watched basically everything you've ever posted, but if you don't want to do puzzles then don't play an escape room game. Seeing you struggle with puzzles is fun, seeing you succeed at puzzles is fun, watching you brute force basic puzzles which you already know the answer to is not fun. You know we'll watch you and Ben play anything so play something you actually want to play.

Note to anyone making escape room games: please make it so you can't just brute force your way through them. I'm not going to watch any more of these if they just keep brute forcing everything. It's really not fun to watch at all.

The issue is that there really isn't any way to prevent it, I only know of two options. Simply make the puzzle more complex, which can be annoying, and only actually makes it harder to brute force rather than preventing it, at a certain point in almost any puzzle, enough options will be eliminated for you to brute force it. The other option is to punish you for incorrectly inputting a response. The issue here is although it's very effective at stopping brute force answers, it also *severely* punishes everyone, including people just trying to play the game, maybe trying out a few different implementations of the clues they've found. It also raises the question, punish how? Do you force them to restart? That's just a major inconvenience, and will do nothing but suck the enjoyment out of the game, once again, for anyone playing.
