The big spring and the top part dropped inside.how do I reconnect and to which parts?

10:45 Not fixed. It should set to zero. Pull the "hacksaw" blade away from the cog/wheel slightly to reposition the blade against the wheel. Also, no point in including the first few minutes when you tried unsuccessfully to take apart the base. 😂
