You spoiled it for them love 😂😊 3:16 the way I turned that cup was effective 😤 but annoying 🥺 8:16 How I got proportions was by going to websites that had ingredients on probiotic shots and estimating how much we should put in ours. We didn’t get fresh turmeric, so our base would be ginger. This was simply a first test/run and it’s been less than a week and I feel fine! Like Clarisse said, it was the Placebo affect that made me think something worked, but we’ll continue for a few more days.
