Trying to park a car in Cyberpunk 2077

It is super odd.. driving is not allowed in certain areas. It is always near some location important to the story. Yeah.. very awkward that you need to park your car out on the street or sidewalk instead of the empty parking lot... I'm just.. always having a very hard time trying to go home to V's apartment, and park in the garage there. The roads are like a maze. I've made it a few times, but can't remember the way.

Ok right after writing that, I had a breakthrough and figured it out. There are two ways to drive into the garage from roads: STREET LEVEL - This is usually the easiest way. Drive to the apartment building entrance at street level (where there are those stairs going up to a floor that has some market stalls and the elevators).. The garage entrance is across the street from the apartment, to the east, and looks like a standard parking garage entrance ELEVATED ROAD - Enters 3rd floor of parking - This road into the garage is up at the third level. The road is visible on the map. Looking at the apartment building, there is a road near the northeast corner of the building that just appears to end. That is the road to the garage entrance. You can (sometimes?) choose a map marker nearby that creates a navigation path to that bit of road. To drive there from in front of the apartment building takes a lot of driving (up onto the freeway/elevated road that crosses one river, make a U-turn, then come back on an elevated road) Whichever way you enter the garage, park on level 1. You can't use the elevator from level 2. When you take the elevator down from the apartment, the elevator button says “-3” - but that goes to the garage floor marked 1.

Lmao! This thing just happened to me on this same exact part. I googled it thinking the car glitched out but I guess it’s just that area lol btw you’re not weird for that. I like to do the same. I tried backing into that spot and it kicked me out too. I thought maybe cars couldn’t reverse

Wish I could tell you. Uninstalled about 2 days after this vid.
